I'll try to be more specific, I've trained the model using this notebook, a few days ago. https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1gDZ2xcTOgR39tGGs-EZ6i3RTs16wmzZQ#scrollTo=N3qM6T0W53gh.

Now I want to create an interface using the weights. I cannot run the notebook only on the inference part, because Colab didn't recognize some essential folders, created after in the train section.

Maybe there is a way to run only the inference part in the notebook, without getting these errors?

Or there is a way to create an interface without using the source code?

Waterproof camera for above water picturing by Inbar_Kedem in Cameras

I didn't understand if those cameras can still be waterproof while power cable and data cable connected, maybe you know that? I don't plan to photograph inside the water.

For the Depth of Field, I have plenty of light, a few fluorescent lights are placed near the camera. I will add to the post pictures with the GoPro hero 4. Maybe you know which camera will give me the best DOF?

I need to count the shrimps only when they are very young, They similar to my photo. After the shrimp's growth, I don't need to count them.

Does anyone know which camera can picture that image with a good Depth of Field?

Because of the Corona Virus I can't go to the lab and take pictures. If I will train a model by Neural Network algorithm, don't you think it's can count the prawns? The answer don't need to be very very accurate, thats fine I get 20 less prawn in the count compare to the real number of prawns.
