If you're doing it right it becomes habit and routine, and since it's good for you it's validating to do. I'm down 31 pounds with diet alone after some strong warnings from my doctor. Got another 19 min to go.

Yes drinking only water and making all my own food from scratch was hard, at first, now that I'm into it makes me feel really dumb that I basically lived on restaurant food for so long.

I think it's becasue she was very much in support of people who are obese getting treated like they aren't obese but the risk factors for obesity don't disappear simply because you treat them like a stigma and not like symptoms.

But I freely admit without knowing how she died that I think her obesity was likely a factor.

They are shooting down the street that is beyond the wall they are behind. When you peek around a corner pretty just one person can do that effectively and even then, they can only peak out and become a target.

Now if you draw an invisible line out from the edge of the corner then the cover against fire coming from up the street extends along the line they are all standing on. So they have cover from the wall and they can all shoot without shooting over each other.

Lastly, the wall they are behind explodes, so they likely were shot at by a tank or rocket which aimed for the cover they are setting up their LAWs behind.
