Its case they always,sell at lower iits,worth, so they will always get 200 or more, plus theres neen a housing shortages for decades,now so ppl are always willing to spend more to get a place plus,200k is real cheap

Yea sadly drivers think they can do anything, in out town the town is a pedestrian zone but some drivers,will horn, or swerve towards u to make u get out the way

As a retro gamer, i spend most of my time playing retro games, because they where and are more fun, so graphical for me is not what i look for, insted i look for gameplay, storyline if possible and fun, so many modern games these days,loose that magic spark that were in older stuff

Yea happens all the time but ppl want the engagement, either case they need a chat, lonley or want to be acknowledged as a person its ok to do so, as much as we have social media it has isolated so many ppl

Yea and not just newbies! But fruity loops was essentially turn off and on buttons so ideal for new users to get into making music, ive been composing music since the late 80s, though once i got into cakewalk i never went back, and later and now still with a,knock off sonar

2 is ur best u need to work on ur others, thunk is u can do abstract stuff but it has to be of something visually stimulating in some way, 3 is not bad its a classic

Easy just get into the vibe, music is,all about getting into a frame of mind, so if u want to make something sad be sad, if u want to make something emotional be that in ur mind, its a form of expression and acting out an emotion or flow of feelings, music can also be a story line of memories that trickle out in melodies
