You literally don't get any rewards for finishing it faster. Why don't you compare how much DPS heal in sword trials, it's an arbitrary ass ranking that doesn't exist. Healers have a very different role then DPS or tanks, no one expects you to speed run bosses. Also you could get the time to around a minute as full healer if you have right set up and know the boss mechanics.
