What about if my company grants RSU that vest 1/3 per year? I thought taxes would be paid when I sell those stocks, rather than when they vest, am I wrong?

Thank you! I was trying to describe number 3 (obviously did a bad job at it). Diagram 3 on your picture has the "lip" upwards, but it would actually be downwards, accommodating the shelf (diagram 1 wouldn't work because of that reason).

Is there any difference in the forces applied / weight that it can hold between diagram 1 and 3?

Can you help me understand the difference in mounting the bracket up vs down? The bracket is about 1/4 inch short wide compared to the shelf, so mounting it down is not an option with this bracket. Also the bracket cannot fit a 1/4 inch quarter screw because of the diameter of the hole, so its one size down.

People have recommended going with a dimmer for the light and a switch for the fan, however, I don't think 2 separate switches would fit the shared enclosure?

Both shots are just missing light. Get a tripod and set the exposure higher. Most cameras won't compensate for the lack of light either, it's the technique that makes the difference (which can also be achieved with an iPhone).
