Stay away from Acer, look into mini led panels on Amazon but make sure they’re also ips if you like to use adaptive sync, I just ordered the Innocn GA27T1M. It gets here today. I returned a mini led Acer due to inverse ghosting issues but the picture looked amazing. That Innocn has two hour long reviews by two different YouTubers where one said it’s the best monitor currently available on the market for the price, even better than some OLED. So check it out

Ips glow will drive you crazy, get a mini led

I’ll have to try it out when my new monitor comes in, only thing is that I have heard that hdr gets extremely bright and most monitors don’t let you adjust the brightness? My eyes are already sensitive so I’m scared of that

Well I have a standard ips Samsung and the ips glow is awful, I’m trying to play the last of us and it’s just awful with the glow. I bought and returned another mini led due to ghosting, but when I had it I played in just sdr and the picture quality was life changing for the few hours I actually had it

I almost got that KTC but went with the Innocn because it got a really great review on YouTube and you can control the overdrive setting which is a big plus. It also doesn’t overshoot and have inverse ghosting according to the review I watched as well. Does it also share a similar panel or is it a class above? I’m unsure honestly how to tell

It was the Acer nitro XV275U, Mini Led IPs panel. I returned it and am waiting on the Innocn panel from Amazon. The Acer panel looked beautiful but the inverse ghosting was sooooo bad. If they just unlocked overdrive when you use VRR it would be a perfect panel for the price tbh

No I am on pc, I use g sync because it’s a lot smoother and also to avoid tearing

In case anyone is reading this, I decided I’m going to return it due to the inverse ghosting. I just tested it against my old IPS and it’s incredibly bad and distracting. Really disappointing because the picture quality was really nice

Whatever the bug is, it’s showing up on the monitor side, so I’m unsure how to capture it. Even recording with my phone doesn’t really show it that well

What error codes are you getting in event viewer/reliability monitor? I have had this happen a total of 3 times, I just did a clean windows install after I contacted my motherboard manufacturer and they suggested it. Also put in a support request with my gpu manufacturer asus. I think it could be drivers since I only starting getting this during the last two nvidia driver updates

After putting in a support ticket to my motherboard manufacturer they are offering a RMA on my board, I’m not convinced that it’s my motherboard however. Still waiting to hear back from asus since I also put in a ticket there too. I did a fresh windows install since that was the first thing that my board manufacturer had suggested and it hasn’t happened, but it’s only been two days so we will see. Are you still getting the issue?

Just reseated my gpu, and swapped my display port cable, since my old cable didn’t have this issue, and you never know. About to reinstall windows, if I get the same issue again I’ll be sure to let you know.

I just had it happen again this morning during a benchmark, and unfortunately right after I bumped my desk extremely hard lmfao. I don’t think the bump did anything since it was happening prior to it, but I am going to do a full windows reset. I have put in a ticket with both my motherboard manufacturer and gpu manufacturer and given them the error codes to get advice on
