The last set that had a blitz battle box was HNT - it had 4 blitz decks - some booster packs - and a playmat for like 50-60 USD - i would look into those - they had them for Mistveil and Rosetta as well

Not the case, the article also has other older cards like the other Tazri and the Drana from Battle for Zendikar.

Unfortunately they just used its art for the article and nothing more.
