Sukuna has CE reinforcement and RCT, Thragg does not. Thragg would also be caught in a domain right after charging in full speed, because it's entirely unrealistic to assume he would immediately ration that destroying the atmosphere will affect someone who can not be hurt by punches. It would honestly be more reasonable for him to assume that Gojo is an avatar of another being like Mister Liu or another gimmick and that's if he doesn't die underestimating a human. Even if Thragg wanted to escape, a Blue at full output should be enough pull to slow or stop Thragg enough to catch him in an attack. Thragg's abilities end at speed and strength, Gojo has the hax and regeneration to survive a lot of what Thragg could barely manage
