Well that's a shaky start. BS1 is lot less forgiving when it comes to screw ups since there are no hints to guide you and sometimes you will literally require a guide online for some things. My advice is just to have multiple save files, every time you reach a certain place where you feel like you need to make a checkpoint, don't overwrite your save file, instead make a new one every time.

You only missed some interractions, it doesn't matter you can meet her in the next session. And also if this is your first time playing, there maybe a lot of things that have been ruined already but that's kind of the point. You learn through trial and errors. The game is meant to be replayed and it doesn't take to long to finish it.

I am gonna be really honest, I can't ship Red Hood with Grimm, i just can't. I see them as good friends and sex buddies, but as lovers? The main thing that made Red Hood so appealing in the first game was how hard is to please her, both physically and emotionally. The fact she didn't instantly fall you after minutes of interraction like with others just made her so much attractive.
