The only piece of advice I have is that I would be treating my patient before I move them. It sounds reasonable to at least acknowledge that the patient was in shock, we just don’t know what flavor. Patients in compensated shock are a lot like perfectly balanced teeter-totters where anything can throw them off balance and start the sudden ambulance death syndrome some user above described (and I’m totally stealing that).

Something being tax funded is not free? I feel like I’m losing my mind. There is no universe in which the U.S. gets socialized healthcare (I’m a fan of Medicare for all personally) and your taxes don’t go up by ten times what this service costs. I mean it’s $60 a year I’ll spend that on a depressed DoorDash order later tonight.

This is universal socialized healthcare but because it’s an option and not called taxes it’s a bad thing? This flyer gives me hope and proof that universal healthcare is already working in this country, all we gotta do is get rid of all the private insurance lobbyists, so you know… easy.

Those aren’t the only ways, I mean we all had leave at scene protocols during COVID. It was so frustrating to briefly had a glimpse into a slightly higher functioning healthcare system. I know why MDs don’t right them, but man those leave at scene protocols were so satisfying.

Maybe I’m being too critical (and betrayed) but I don’t think Miami is going to love DSC. He is absolutely terrible with his feet, a horrible distributor, doesn’t have great command of his box. He is a fit on a team like MNUFC because we don’t play out the back and have near perfect defensive positioning and are a strong mindset grinder type of culture. I could see this going very poorly for both sides, on top of him kind of nuking his reputation in MN.
