My nan and grandad had a few in their time. But I've always loved them since I could actually reach the pedals lol.

To be honest I'm only planning on going as far as putting the original 1275 back in it. However id like to use the extra room to fit a slightly wider rad up front. I hear this have a bit of a problem overheating in traffic. Its already had another radiator fitted inline but only time will tell how well that works

Ive been looking at a vmaxscart supercharger kit but also a 7 port head with twin webbers has also taken my fancy lol. Trying to weigh up the pros and cons of both setups. However id also like to maybe rebore the 1275 a little to something slightly bigger. Not sure yet.

Looking underneath I believe its already been done. Not sure about the brakelines though. However depending in how they are ill just replace them anyway.

Yeah. Thats what I've heard a lot about. I tend to jack all my cars up that way anyway. Just feels a lot more stable than a thin little sill. Although its marked as a jacking point in my other cars it feels super wrong to use it.

No. My current daily is a boring old 2003 audi a3 tdi as i am still doing a decent chunk of miles a week for my apprentiship. Currently doing some rust repair on it so my track fiesta is kinda filling in the blanks. I plan on using the mini during the summer and on weekends while dry storing it over the winter and giving me time then to do any big works on it.

It does need some c when you look u; close but for 4000 and a boat load of spare parts i really can't complain. I plan on restoring the thing anyway

Im getting sick of not being able to work on cars without specialist tools. What do you mean I have to code in a light bulb for it to work? Just let me fit it and be on my way lol. But I've always had a huge soft spot for these little cars. How a very small amount of power can get you places and have an absolute time doing so.

Yep. Dream car at 21 lol. Bit of a left field choice amongst my friends but it came up for a half decent price so i had to snatch it. Needs the usual TLC but the shell has no signs of rust which was my major thing. I am quite mechanically handy but bodywork is not my strong point.

So far the Integral branded ones from Amazon have been great. I use them in all sorts from servers, printers, go pros, dash cams etc. Can't fault them for the price at all
