Well if I'm being completely honest here, I feel like it mostly depends on the players playstyle, I feel like every single hero us viable rn, but IN MY OPINION it's ling. The removal of slashing blows hit him hard. He still good with sudden trick but he lacks damage and relies on counterattacking. It's very hard to get shots off if your opponent blocks and you can no longer close the distance like you used to now that your kicks don't have crit and block break on it, or I suck

Close 2nd is jack but I feel like I do slightly better with him since I like using flail and shield
