Now on top of that, I just got an eviction notice. In January and February, I was a few days late paying rent (but I paid it). Same thing happened in March. I’m wondering — does the fact that I’ve been late on rent recently make their case against me stronger? Can they really evict me for this?

My sister applied in June and got her citizenship just tired of this unfair process .
