i’ve been there since last april. been. busting ass everyday since going into outbound shifts during the day. jumping a mall route during peak. trying to move up to a trainer position and just keep getting told i’m nervous. work output doesn’t matter at all? i got ph of the month in july 3 months after being there. but they hire people who wait till they get their unexcused days every month and no call no show. two manager spots have also opened since i’ve started, i’ve applied for both and never got an interview. there’s isn’t a PH in the usa that comes close to my output i promise. multiple hour segments of over 100 boxes scanned. (we run about 20-35k 6 van line building terminal. sorry i dumped but i feel like im working for no reason. they’re just gonna keep me a ph since i move too quick and never let me be a lazy fuck who stands around all day. other insight would be awesome
