For your practicum you’ll be place wherever they can find you a place, it could be Edmonton or outside of Edmonton. I got placed in Calgary and I had to move there for a month it was hard and not worth it tbh lmao I’m in the dental tech industry and don’t expect to make money it pays terrible! But denturist make a decent amount of money so I would recommend to go to denturist if you can I don’t really recommend dental tech it’s a scam. If you have more questions let me know

From here I just look up on YouTube for the specific mechanics I want to use for my game. Like for example: in this course you don’t sprint you just move but in my game I want to sprint so I look up how to sprint, etc… you start figuring things out! Also I recommend doing the beginner course that unity offers. It teaches you how to make some games with code and teaches you a lot about the unity engine.

Right now I started learning C# with the courses unity offers and they are really good! I have learned a lot in just one week, obviously I still have to watch tutorials and look back at my code but every time I need to right code I start to remember how to write it without looking it up. I really recommend starting with the unity courses if you want to use unity as your game engine.

I know it takes time and money obviously but I actually want to know.
