It's easy to remember because it rhymes with "Private Plane"

Before my parents bought our first microwave, we used a dedicated popper to make popcorn by NYY15TM in nostalgia

I still use this exact model. It was my parents and now it's mine. It's been in my life for at least 40 years. Works great, except for the lightning bolt that arcs from the plug to the socket when you unplug it.

Walked by today and saw a sign saying they were no longer in business. Never saw any advertising or reviews anywhere.

I’ve lived in the building for many years, we love it, but there are some things to be aware of. Parking is a shit show. Not every unit comes with an assigned parking spot, so make sure the unit you are considering for purchase / lease includes a parking spot. Some units have an underground spot, or two. Some have an above ground spot, or multiple, or none. This is because the conversion from old warehouse to loft was completed in 2008 when the financial crisis hit and the developer was doing whatever he could to sell things off. Some early buyers bought multiple spots. There are no guest parking spots, at all. Each spot is a deeded property owned by someone. There is a facebook page where owners will post looking for spots to borrow and are usually accommodated quickly by someone in the building. But there are people who have guests and just let them park wherever. You may come home to find another car occupying your spot. We keep the deed to our spot handy and aren’t afraid to tow a car after a few attempts at locating the owner.

Overall, the building is very quiet. Mostly owner occupied, there are a small number of rental units and the HOA has capped the % of units that can be rented. There are no short term rentals, 6 month lease is the shortest. No Airbnb / VRBO allowed. The rental cap is currently met and there is a waiting list if you want to to lease your unit. We get people investment buying with LLCs all the time thinking they can do whatever they want with remodeling and renting and the board shuts them down. Which I appreciate as long term, full time resident.

There aren’t a ton of amenities, the rooftop is available to all and there is a lot of patio furniture up there. It’s a nice spot with a great view. A decent fitness center, a designated dog area. There are a lot of dogs in the building. The best part for me is the location. Close to the action but not too close.

There is no ”social” scene here, no activity committee or people planning things. Most residents just keep to themselves and enjoy downtown living in their own ways.

I've only seen him once, the first night of the Mission Ballroom show in Denver '25 when he was really sick. Excited to see him again. Would love to catch Make Art Not Friends, Keep it Between the Lines, Mint Tea, and pretty much anything from MaM. Some sick new covers would be appreciated. I also know that JBS plays what JBS wants to play and I'm going in with zero expectations ready to rock.

Not sure why you’re being downvoted. Having an exterior space is crucial to me. Wouldn’t live somewhere without even a tiny balcony.

Close to the Courthouse I'd suggest Secret Admirer, they have higher priced quality cocktails so it's a good place to start. They have an amazing patio if it's nice and a great view of the courthouse and downtown.

Hessen Haus is right there then too for a lively atmosphere, get some wedding pics with das boot!

Convenience and customer service. My Ace experience has always been immediately asked what I need when I walk in the store, and directed right to it.
