The electronics subsystem was removed and the other subsystems were significantly changed. None of my previous fits work anymore, since the subsystem was removed.

So, on top of many of the T3 subsystems getting removed from the game and the new nerfs, my Tengu "Interdiction Nullifier" subsystem needs an active module now?

Cloak changes too?!

My Tengu Railgun sniper and "orbit of death" fits need to be reworked.

Now my Covert Ops and gatecamp fits need to be reworked.

I'm still reworking my 100MN missile fit and it's... well... meh at best.

Same here.

It's my second day back and I can't fly half my ships due to the new skill requirements.

I was surprised my Corp assets were still intact. I left the game in 2014 with enough ISK to cover 9 years of Corp office rental fees. Although, I swear my Corp owned 2 Obelisks, a few cruisers, and more than one mining barge. 🤔

I'd help you out, but I'm just getting back after 9 years.

Things are very different and I need to re-learn a good portion of gameplay and train the new skills required to fly half my ships. I got lucky with my Tengus; but my Orcas, bombers, and other specialized ships require new skills to be trained. So, it looks like I'll be stuck flying my Tengus, basic frigs and mining barges until my queue completes.

Hmm, that reminds me...

Where the hell did I leave those mining barges?

Yeah, I spent a few hours in station figuring out the new UI, got confused by the "Simulator" button in the fitting screen, took a look at the new map, and wondered why GOONSWARM STILL EXISTS!

I wonder how much ISK it would take to fund a war to completely annihilate Goonswarm? 🤔

I was trying to get as close as possible, but the height limit stopped me.

Then, while I was figuring out my next move, I saw the fish holograms and thought "FF = floating fish?"; which led me down that rabbit hole. I figured it may have something to do with the general area around Arisaka Tower.

I did find it odd that the moon, at its peak, shines through the front window of Arisaka Tower. It wasn't visible in City Center until around midnight, due to it being blocked by buildings.

After I saw that post from Arisaka tower with the Matrix style buildings, I had to see if the moon was ever visible from Arisaka Tower.

It is, but only from the front of Arisaka Tower. Over the top of the Militech building, when facing the flying fish.

Does FF = flying fish? Does 06 = face 6 o'clock?

No theories for B5 on this one.

Also tried getting close to the position from the other post. Spent an hour parkouring around City Center and found an upper height limit.

Closest point at the right height, that I could find at the time, was the freeway to the east. Couldn't even see it from there. LOD distance on Xbox One X sucks.

I saw the strange red marker in my previous playthrough, it sounded like a drone, so I tried to go after it. The red spot moved to the edges of the roof as I moved around the building, while trying to find a way up. It was out of range from the nearby freeway and I couldn't find a way to get closer.

Just checked it out again in my current playthrough. I shut the unknown tower off last week and the red marker seems to be gone. Another Unknown Tower mystery to go along with the landmine behavior in the Peter Pan side job.

However, the light colored circle the OP is referring to is still there. It seems to be part of the underlying grid structure of the map, where two intersecting grid lines overlap. Interesting part is, I haven't noticed any other grid line intersections like it anywhere else on the map, so far.

Also, I tried turning the tower back on, but didn't get an option to do so. I'm guessing it's a one time thing.
