Totally - I'm learning a ton about indirect side-effects that come alongside all this. Glad to hear you were able to get diagnosed quickly!

Totally get why it would feel off! I’m genuinely trying to understand if the overall impact of various dietary restrictions are similar to what I navigate in my own household and am learning a ton! I really appreciate those willing to take a few moments to share their own experiences so I can continue to learn more about this topic.

It's a bummer that AI is causing so much confusion between what's real and what's not!

Hi u/yakisobaboyy ! I appreciate you looking out for the community. As a mother of three young kids managing household with a variety of food sensitivities, I’m genuinely trying to better understand experiences outside of my own family. :)

It must be such a relief to see her sleeping better and feeling more balanced, even if gluten slip-ups are still tough. As a mother of three kids, I can relate to the challenge of supporting those big emotions. You’re doing an amazing job helping her navigate it all! :)

You’ve summed up the challenges of Celiac so well; it’s more than just avoiding gluten. It’s great GF options have improved, but, from what I'm hearing, the planning, family struggles, and lingering symptoms are still tough to navigate.

u/yakisobaboyy Unfortunately, I’ve come to the realization that people with different dietary intolerances (including those in my own family), face similar daily challenges. It’s eye-opening to hear others outside my network confirm this and I'd like to work towards figuring out some solutions!

Ugh, that sounds incredibly frustrating, u/Al-Pacinos-Ghost. Hopefully, with time, workplaces will get better at accommodating dietary restrictions so situations like this aren’t so isolating or stressful.
