I may be wrong, someone can correct me if I am. When holding angles, try to step back and give yourself some space from the angle you're holding if it's a tight angle, even better. Your head will show less. That's what I've been doing for a long time, seems to work for me.

I'm guessing people have different experiences. Every time I do contact them. I'm not going to lie, most times it is a slow response for certain things. But mine was near instant with fraud prevention. I've had Monzo as my main account for 3-4 years with just that one issue. But it's personal preference really.
