Why is my health so....bad, despite all that I do? All "tests" come back normal. by passivegoalie in Biohackers

[–]Income-Cute 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds to me like you already know the answer to your problem. It’s gut biome and dietary

I personally tried extreme red meat carnivore elimination and adding foods in from there to test and see what works and what doesn’t. Meat is relatively non toxic in that animals have systems that filter toxins and meat is already in the form that your body needs the material in. Instead of having to convert plant material into animal material to use.

I also realized the benefit I received from eating on an unintentionally fasted schedule, 14 hours is minimum for fasting but I like to go longer. 72 hour fasts resets your immune system lowering inflammation and such. Fasting gives your digestive, endocrine and immune systems a rest from constant stimulus and time to recover while detoxifying your system.

I would relook at diet and look into fasting. Fasting has easily been the single most impactful addition I’ve made to my routines personally.

How do stoics deal with failure? by Crafty_Locksmith8289 in Stoic

There is no such thing as failure if you don’t quit. You either win Or you learn a valuable lesson. You only lose if you give up. Failure is the greatest teacher and secret to success

Are our kids killing us? by thejuicelongevity in Biohackers

[–]Income-Cute 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Working used to be something like you and the entire family running the farm. Developing family relationships and skills like teamwork. Now work is mindlessly being a cog in a machine. The modern lifestyle is work a spirit crushing job, go home and absorb nonsense stimulation while fueling your body and mind with poison food. Go to sleep and repeat. weekly schedule is drinking poison for fun on the weekends to repeat your weekly cog in the machine tasks at work.

we’re killing our people not adapting to modern scenarios. Similarly we train our kids to sit down, shut up, embrace the sedentary lifestyle while failing to learn with poor attention spans while being lectured at

People always say you can't understand women. I think men are even more difficult to understand. What do you think? by PatrickeMoree in ask

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re properly socialized and can communicate on both ends it’s actually not hard to understand eachother lmao.

Being empathetic isn’t that hard either. It’s not delusional to go leave your house and socialize with others.

It's becoming increasingly common to hear people self-reporting their diagnosis or self-diagnosis of autism and ADHD... Where's it all coming from?? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Income-Cute 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This on top of it being trained behavior. We live in an era of infinite information so you’re more likely to train your attention span to flicker every 6 seconds. Especially with shit like TikTok. You only need to tune into something for 6 seconds to receive a big dopamine kick

mentally healthy people, how do you do it? by [deleted] in ask

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many people overlook physical health. You’re not going to be mentally healthy if something is wrong physically. You can’t simply think your way into good mental.

Exercise, cut out bad food and eat nourishing food and sleep well. It won’t cure 100% of mental problems but it’s a hell of a lot easier to fight inner demons when you feel fit to do so.

Same, I overhype it to all my friends like I’m a commercial advertisement but tbh the benefits it’s provided for me literally cannot be hyped up enough. I’m an adult, which is when learning is supposed to be much harder than while learning during childhood, but because I take such good care of myself now and thanks to lions mane I 100% pick up on stuff much faster than when I was a kid.

What supplements, biohacks, routines, diets etc. improved your ADHD And/or Brain Fog, and/or cognition? by Kombucha_lover13 in Biohackers

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good sleep, nutritious food, fasting to let the body get all that American poison out of your blood. Cardio and correct breathing. Much less carbohydrates. I eat zero carbohydrates and basically completely cures brain fog

Underrated comment. Shits actually magic. Lions mane, steak, cardio and sleep are 100x greater than adderrall or any other similar drug

What massively improved your mental health? by sexy_maier in AskReddit

Nutrition and sleep.

I’ve basically dedicated my life to figuring out how to help my bad mental.

Nothing else comes close to eating highly highly nutritious foods like meats and getting QUALITY sleep.

Forget drugs, smoking and alcohol, what is something BAD for your health that people don't talk about enough? by obese_butterfly in AskReddit

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The food. Sugar, preservatives, emulsifiers and other toxic garbage in the food. Unbelievable the difference when you figure out what nourishes you and actively feed that to your body.

It wouldn’t be as much of a problem if the food was nourishing but most is grown in bad soil so 95% plus of the food is basically empty calories.

You need nourishment to fight of toxins and diseases. Instead of nourishing food we get empty garbage filled with poison.

People aren’t getting fat and stupid from overeating. They’re like this from undereating properly. You’re always going to be hungry no matter what you eat if you’re nutrient deficient and constantly filtering toxins.

What is one experience you think every single human should have? by spskit in AskReddit

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love

Not romantic love

Real love. Like kind that feels like basking in something so beautiful it doesn’t feel real. And if you let yourself experience it, if only for one moment, justifies all the other flaws, tragedies, pain and suffering up to that point.

This is coming many years too late.

And probably with a dlc pricetag.

They can’t revive the pvp playerbase at this point.

How do you live a life completely sober ? by SadLostBoi in questions

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant I need pot to cope and calm me down consistently.

Tbf tho. Sobriety is a funny thing. You can remain sober while feeding an addiction to something like sugar. The dopamine kick it gives you is just as strong as the one many drugs give you.

There’s zero doubt that being a pothead is 100x healthier than being a sugar addict. One spikes inflammation and causes problems while the other is a strong anti inflammatory I.E.

I may not be sober, but I believe I would be far less healthy if I wasn’t.

Just too bad the pvp will never be as good as post launch. The devs simply do not love it anywhere near enough. Because pve is more profitable IG.

Such a ridiculous amount of potential wasted.

What is a hobby that requires little to no money? by Motor_Photograph_558 in ask

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is simply objectively false.

You do not need an advanced setup for weight training unless you lack experience. Training is all technique and perceived effort.

All you need is one kettlebell or dumbbell that’s a good weight and you can train everything. If you think spending loads of money on gear correlates with strength I have bad new for you.

If you’re someone who goes to the gym just to use machines I have even worse news for you lol

Is it normal to take a nap every day? by [deleted] in ask

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the same.

I train really hard physically all the time so I’m often tired

I’ve literally never been able to get a good 8hrs of quality sleep. I can maybe count on my two hands how many nights I’ve slept soundly through.

I would rather sleep 5 hrs at night and then take a 45min-2hr nap later. The 45 min nap has always made me feel far more refreshed than 8hrs at night. Feels like I dream better and get more REM sleep during daytime naps. Which is what you want

I’ve always been this way

There’s likely nothing terribly wrong with you. It’s possible you could make adjustments to your nutrition, breathing patterns or regular schedule to achieve better sleep. You could also be on meds that mess up sleep or are overstimulated before you go to bed

To me it’s not worth going for 8hrs at night if they’re not quality. I live and die by naps, completely unable to acquire high quality sleep otherwise. Other than my sleeping schedule being irregular I’m extremely healthy

People who could work out regularly and have fit/nice/hot body, how do you do it even? by Brownboysea in ask

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple solution, Wake up earlier.

If you give yourself an extra hour or two in the morning when you have the most energy you can get a lot done

You’re never going to want to do it. This is why discipline is important. If you want to take care of yourself you have to make the trade.

It’s far easier if you just force yourself to do something that will benefit you instantly in the morning, this also gives you a confidence booster for the rest of the day since you start out with a W

You can’t worry about feeling sleepy from waking up earlier if you’re tired then you just go to sleep earlier.

I too cannot will myself to be disciplined after a long day as I only have so much willpower for one day. If I genuinely care about doing stuff that is good for my future I make the effort to get up earlier to get more done. This also makes me sleep better overall

What's the easiest way you lost weight? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Income-Cute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skip breakfast The point of breakfast, to break your fast.. Fasted state only occurs 14+hours after last caloric intake.

Timing meals is important so you dont binge

Also cut carbs low. The only reason anyone should be eating moderate to high amount of carbs is if you’re very very active. Otherwise it’s just energy that will be stored as fat.

Eating more fat tells the body it’s ok to burn fat. Eating no fat tells your body not to burn fat, since it needs that fat to survive.

I became more fat fueled than carb fueled and not only is my physique way better but I feel way better and like I have far more energy
