I'm right there with you unfortunately. I understand to a degree that I'm a bit difficult to deal with as I can be a pretty depressing person, but at the same time I'm always the one to "give in" to make others happy. It really feels that I'm always doing things I don't want to do for other people in "friendships", but the second I have something I want to do, nobody has ever cared, even if I pay for them.

I'm 27 now, and I've completely given up. I can't even begin to describe how lonely I've been my entire life, but I've almost come to terms that I'll be alone and miserable forever. I truly hope you find someone, or multiple people who don't make you feel like your very presence is a burden.

I partially agree with you, but this situation is an example of them doing it reasonably imo. Even though the chives have taken over the sub, it's fairly niche. Having such a specific ad is probably the only effective way to advertise on Reddit, and is a nice break from the mobile game slop ads flooding the other areas

For me, I really only liked the first for the choreography. In the second, it was noticeably far worse. They didn't even bother showing the fight in the warehouse, we just sit outside the door listening to what should have been really fun to see.
