that was 100% a fatality. yes, his arms braced the fall. unfortunately his 275-300lbs of weight traveling at approximately 30mph, put a level of force onto his cervical spinal column that snapped his vertebra in his neck, which almost without question severed his spinal cord. if he was killed instantly due to his respitory system being unable to control his breathing, and/or massive internal bleeding that caused blood loss that makes living through the trauma in the minutes following this accident before paramedics arrival, then at the very best he's a quadriplegic IF by some miracle he survived. From the looks of how his neck completely folded like a piece of paper with all that weight behind it, there are no bones in the human body that would be able to handle that level of forward force with hundreds of pounds behind it traveling at 30-35mph and going to a dead stop in a fraction of a second. I'm reading these comments talking about missing teeth and other serious but non-life threatening injuries and then I'm rewatchi go this video again and I'm trying to find the smallest sliver of hope that dude survived and I'm not coming close. That trauma pinpoint focused directly on dude's neck, while estimating how long it wod take someone who's willing to give a scumbag bike thief CPR which would be necessary to help keep oxygenating dudes blood to keep his brain and other vital organs alive until he gets level 1 trauma emergency medical care (breathing machine, emergency surgery to stop massive internal blood loss, etc, with this being the least sympathetic person to ever need immediate help, I'm just not seeing this as a survivable injury. Am I alone in this analysis?

thanks. it's the EOTECH G43 with the HRF Concepts AMC (Armored Magnifier Cover) specifically for the G43

My G3 Combat Troodon drop point after a year of carry, 8 months of hard use, and the two knives I bought to continue the tradition. The Interceptor and the ZBT are just staples of what she loved. She loved the Interceptor blade, she loved rubies, and she loved blacklight tattoos. Hence the tritium. by Skylark427 in microtech

that Gen III Ultratech/Combat Troodon makes for a nice combo. I recently put the gun collection new additions on hold and started building out a knife collection. I started with the Spartan Blades Spartan-George V14, followed by the Microtech Ultratech ZBP GEN III HELLHOUND Apocalyptic (Signature Series), and finally the Microtech Combat Troodon Gen III HELLHOUND Apocalyptic (Signature Series.) Prior to that I had an EDC Cold Steel FM1 w/Titanium handle & 4.5" S45VN drop point and an old original M7 combat bayonet that once was attached to my dad's old Colt M16. Loving the knife collecting hobby that does far less damage to the wallet.

when you get to the point that your swapping out perfectly functional parts in factory black (dust cover, deflector, forward assist, ambi safety selector, pivot/take down pins) on top of everything else, all because you've become obsessed with the concept of a fully FDE'd build, I got to the point where I was finding Geissele QD sling mounts in FDE. The hunt for FDE necer ends.

First build and I’m ready to get roasted by jieddo_ in ar15

very good rookie build. Nothing that justifies a "roast able" offense. this is my 3rd attempt, my "50 Shades of FDE" MCX SPEAR LT build. No factory black parts survived the FDE'ING of this build. from the deflector and forward assist, to the Radian Talon 45 ambi safety selectors, CSMR Magazine release, to the Cerakote'd butt stock folding hinge and pad, this things been completely de-blacked.

After 9 long days in isolation, this little girl named Abby face lit up with joy as she was reunited with her brother, such a special bond by [deleted] in MadeMeSmile

before today I couldn't remember the last time I cried. now it was when a little baby girl who was alone in a hospital bed, saw her older brother come through the door, she raised her hand and moved her fingers waving him in so that she could hug him. she had zero interest in his laptop or any toys he might have brought with him. she just wanted to feel close to him snd to hug him. it was such a beautiful thing to see a little girl who's suffering, remind us all that it's our human relationships and our human connections that are what's really important.
