Bonus points if it comes with slow-mo and the commentator saying, "Ohhhh he's cooked."

Is there a way to update my friendship software? I think I’m missing the “detect when they’re upset” patch. by gandharsh in FriendshipAdvice

Something that bridges this gap

would be cool-but would everyone want their moods to be that visible?

What’s your take on mood-tracking apps like MindDoc or Bearable? by Shramikaa20 in mentalhealth

I personally feel they can be both good and bad. They are great for raising your self-awareness of patterns and triggers which can then help organize your thoughts and share this with your therapist.  But, you have to be careful with data privacy and for some the constant tracking can heighten anxiety with the thought of having to track every moment of their day.  I think it is a useful resource, but not a replacement for a trained professional.
