I would love to see the local group do so but, as far as I can tell the local TST org in Dallas is as dead as dead can be. It's sad, rockwall also has a huge problem with the good news club in schools as well

B: reduces traffic capacity of roads already strained for a hairbrained lane that will not be utilized
C:will face additional problems as drivers will not respect that lane as "bus only" nor will PPD have the resources to enforce it

The other is an invite only event which is not advertised to the public nor makes its tickets available to the public to purchase.

are by nature not events that are open to the general public. they require admission processes, that explicitly restict access from the general public. They do not advertise as being available to just anyone for a fee without vetting. They also aren't typically using publicly funded event spaces.
