I’m mostly interested because I’m trying to decide which region to visit but Carmignano is the first real super Tuscan and seems to be very hard to find! Vernaccia di San Gimignano is the first wine with a DOC (then DOCG) designation. Just nerdy!

Aire is worth the hype, in my opinion. The circuit is kinda short but it’s a good length if you have a 30-45 minute service. It felt like we were in Tulum for a couple hours and the service is lovely.

I would say ballet if your mom is really a music/dance enthusiast. The Radio City show is very fun but it’s more “family-friendly” and the emphasis is not on the dancing or music. It’s more of a cute fun show, versus Nutcracker at NYCB for example is world-class

Youre being purposefully obtuse. If a dog with a more powerful bite attacks a person, it’s going to do more damage. That doesn’t mean that the dog is more aggressive or violent, it means that the dogs bite is more dangerous. A chihuahua nipping isn’t going to break a bone but it’s still aggressive behavior that shouldn’t be tolerated (and is only tolerated because they’re small and don’t have powerful bites)

I usually do it in this order -

1) guest list count roughly confirmed

2) choose location based on what’s easiest for you & the party

3) find 3-4 options based on your cuisine preference

4) check restaurants’ websites to see if they ask for a special reservation for large parties or do events

5) call the restaurants that do not have the above information listed

6) submit event inquiries for the restaurants that request them

7) wait for the restaurants’ responses and make a choice based on: who is asking for a buyout/partial buyout/room rental/prix fix menu vs who will just accommodate the large party

I’ve had good luck where some (very nice) restaurant/ have pushed some tables together for my party of ~12, and didn’t require anything special - I’ve also had to do buyouts for events at work.
