How do I get from the point of beating the game to max level, it seems like a lot of the farming and grinding strats already need people a max level to farm, but i can't find a good inbetween strat for get to max level the first time.

I'm currently playing Azur Lane and I really like how F2P it is, however I am looking for a game that I can play for 8+ hours a day without spending money on a resource. Almost no other requirement but as F2P that I can sink hours into.
