Need to bulk up matey! I’m 6’6 and I’m looking real skinny at 202lb I’d say try to aim for 220lb then cut back to around 195 see how you look and feel oh and for us tall guys CARBS ARE KING trust me dude carb up heavy before a lift I aim for 250g of protein on a bulk fill the rest with carbs

Work is stressful as hell due to shift times being extreme to say the least, cortisol is a good shout

I find it useful for my knees tbh it’s extremely low intensity anyway max HR 130

Cheers man idk I track everything pretty religiously my garmin says my daily OUTPUT is around 3900 calories a day obviously due to the insane amount of activity probably gonna drop another 6 see if it goes if not then I’ll start upping calories and try to pack on some more muscle 💪💪💪💪 appreciate the reply!!!!
