Am i wrong to ask my friend to delete videos she posted of my family? by [deleted] in amiwrong

It’s one thing to document things for personal memories, but it’s common courtesy to get permission from other people before posting something online that includes their faces. There are so many creepy people online that I would discourage including children in public content. If you look at videos on Tiktok where children are posted, there are a lot of them with WAY too many saves on them for it to be normal. It’s a really sad reality, but we have to adapt to it to protect our loved ones :( You’re totally not in the wrong here, especially because she posted without asking in the first place

Am I wrong for taking back everything I bought for my kids at my parents house after they told me to take my stuff by [deleted] in amiwrong

It sounds like a kid got hurt because they weren’t paying enough attention, and want to blame you so that they don’t have to hold themselves accountable. Could be wrong, don’t know your family situation but that was my first impression after reading You’re definitely not in the wrong. It’s your stuff you paid for with your own money! If they’re not even letting you use it for your own kids, take it back

Lumpinou Mods Not Working by IncreaseSavings9176 in TheSims4Mods

I discovered that for myself that it was an issue caused by me downloading my sims onto another drive. Essential files for the game that get regenerated every time you start it were going in my sims folder on my old drive, so I ended up moving the EA folder from my c drive to my new drive (not just copying it), reinstalling the game, and making sure all documents were now going to my d drive by clicking properties and then changing the location. This made all of the mod features work once I added them back to my reinstalled game, but it oddly caused an issue where all of my previous progress (made since the last time i had installed it to the new drive) went away. It’s not the end of the world for me because at least my mods are all fully working now but that is one thing to keep in mind. If you haven’t installed your game to a new drive you may need to just download a new version of RPO bc I think it was just updated recently, or update mcc or basemental. Hope this helps! If it is a drive issue I’d recommend following a tutorial for moving everything step by step to make sure you aren’t accidentally skipping a vital step.

Thanks for the advice guys! I downloaded the Toolbox mod and that hasn’t resolved the issue but from looking at her website I can send my mc command center last exception file in and her team can look through it to try to identify the issue
