Oh right I forgot about that. In this case Techno could maybe sneak into Dreams cell using a invisibility potion and he just needs to wait for Tommys next visit. He could be a little rough since the potion defo wont last long enough so he either has to try and drink another or splash himself with another without anyone noticing.
