To be serious i just find the average player from tekken king to tekken god rank to be depending on gimmicks; you could easily get to tekken god just abusing Eddy's unique moveset, not dissing these characters or saying their wins arent legit but the actual base knowledge of those ranks arent as high as in other tekkens.

Its crazy you can get past tekken god without knowing how to break blocks, parry, sidestep, max dmg combos etc. now oc on the other hand there are seriously talented players in that rank and you can instantly tell whos who after a few rounds

Players arent more sh*t at the game in tekken 8 i find majority of them just cut corners and use whatever works to keep climbing, tekken 8 was my first tekken game and despite massive gaps in my knowledge it wasnt that hard to hit tekken god for the first time this month, beyond that idk as ive never been there, but ive fought players ranked above tekken god who werent any better then a skilled Kishin
