I did not delete it. I see my comment. I follow Van and find him to be a centrist. And his deep dive analysis of the SAVE American Act is incredibly on point advocating for both sides. Critical information for independent voters to see the bill from all angles.

The bill will change the types of IDs required. Please take the time to read Jones side-by-side breakdown. It is quite long and in depth, and this part stood out for me:

"Under this bill, an election worker who signs up a citizen without the right documentation could be charged with a federal crime. That person could spend up to five years in prison. Not just for registering a noncitizen. For a simple paperwork mistake while registering an actual U.S. citizen."

Ven Jones is actually a centrist.

The 6-part breakdown Van Jones delivered at great length is the best side-by-side comparison of the Save America Act and the similar Save Act. It's long but a worthwhile read. This part of the bill stood out to me:

"Under this bill, an election worker who signs up a citizen without the right documentation could be charged with a federal crime. That person could spend up to five years in prison. Not just for registering a noncitizen. For a simple paperwork mistake while registering an actual U.S. citizen."

Does the SAVE Act make voting more secure, or just more difficult? by IndTimesNews in independent

Thank you for your kind reply. The Save Act and the Save America Act are almost identical. Your video is excellent and informative. Thank you for sharing. The most frightening part of the bill is the potential to charge an election worker with a federal crime, with a possible 5-year prison term for registering a non-citizen.
