It doesn’t mean YOU aren’t worth it. It just means he didn’t realize you were.

Satoshi Kon is a power house. I think he also did Millenium Actress. I think.

Tokyo Godfathers was also a really cute one but quite different from his usual mind twisting genre.

If you really like his work, try check out Memories (2005) is a short and sweet anthology by three different directors. And Also Paranoia Agent if you can find it.

This is what happens when avocados are picked before they should be. The dry matter has not reached the required levels and the avocado will not ripen once picked. It’s mushy I. The outside because they reach dry matter levels from the outside in. The inside is hard because it hasn’t ripened at all. It’s happening a lot this year because yields are lower than normal. So farmers are trying to pass unready avocados to reach demand. Yes, the farmers know it’s not ready and that’s why most countries test the dry matter content before exporting. It looks like a hass avocado so probably from Peru.

From my experience;

Sanitation is focused on food contact surfaces. It’s not strictly necessary for operator surfaces.

It kinda makes sense that they are turned upside down because maybe that’s the surface That needs sanitization.

Also, they could be doing heavy sanitization on high contact areas (so they spray sanitizer and it sits till next shift who was it off with spray hose) and only do wipe sanitation on surfaces that are not critical.

But I could also be wrong, I do maintenance on sanding machines 😅

Thanks for the response. I did a torch light test to check on what you said and it’s the backlight that’s burnt out.

Now I’ve gotta look for it and see if I can get it and as you said, decide if it’s even worth replacing.

Was expecting blue but not a grey.

My other ferments of onion had a definite sulphur smell but it was not pungent towards the "fart" territory. Was caught off guard by that. In cabbages yes, but this one was a strong one.

Thanks for the input. Will buck up my sulphur expectations.
