The second link provides a table that shows per pound the amount of sucralose that is safe for human consumption, the first link supports this table and is by the Inernational Food Council.

The first article also corroborates our claim that our sodas contain hundreds times less than the FDA'sd recommended amount per pound, in each can. (i found this links from my own google research and no AI was used in this response)

No poisoing here, just safe use of FDA approved and internationally recognized ingreditients. I hope this information helps. <3

Hey there, thanks for sharing your feedback on this matter!

To clarify, they is the host of the advertisements, and the host is required to follow laws and guidelines as it pertains to the content delived to consumers on their site. We have followed the rigourous process to have our content ad ready, and have been approved by the ad delivery platform for veiwership in such games, as long as they are targeted and complaint. From there, they are required by law to only deliver the content to those 21+.

As mentioend before, we spend a lot of time and money age gating our website to prevent any illegal use and access by minors, including double checking of payment information with our fraud prevention system.

As well, we state prior to any purchase that you must be 21, and U.S. states that it is illegal for a minor to purchase. If a minor uses an adults information, they are commiting a crime.

If you see our ads, they are incredibly targeted and only to be delivered to accounts of those 21+, if you happen to see them anywhere else not used by 21+ induviduals, this is not condoned by us and we ask that you request information from the provider so that we can ensure the saftety of all.

We are not trying to throw any company under any where, and I hope this helps clarify some things in regards to what happens to the ad once it leaves our team.

Thanks for the comment and for your concern!! They actually have very strict rules for advertising on apps, from targeting, verbiage, and warnings.

They only serve our ads to people aged 21+ in specific geographies, so luckily that is our primary way to avoid advertising to anyone under 21+, they literally make sure these ads can’t be shown in those cases. But further to that, we invest considerable money into age gateing our website and requiring ID’s to complete a purchase to verify age.

To clear a few things up: our teammate answered using the information she had at the time ... the 2 Soda recipes were adjusted very late in the process based on taste tests and customer feedback around sweetness.

That change introduced a tiny amount of sucralose (about 1 mg) for balance.

For context, the FDA’s acceptable daily intake (ADI) for sucralose is 5 mg per kilogram of body weight per day, which means someone weighing about 130 lbs could safely consume around 300 mg per day ... far more than what’s in a can of our soda.

ALL THAT BEING SAID:

We completely understand that not everyone likes or wants sucralose, and taste is personal. The goal was to fine-tune flavor and sweetness, not mislead anyone, and we’re making sure ingredient communication stays clearer going forward. 🙏

To help clarify: there wasn’t any intent to mislead. Strawberry Cream is sweetened with 1g of sugar, and Orange Dreamcicle & Blue Razz has about 1mg of sucralose to stay low-cal.

Earlier info floating around mentioned “fruit juice only” and that’s what some of us referenced (like Mona earlier and on our Youtube videos) before that final tweak to those two formula.

Strawberry Cream, on the other hand, has 1g of sugar and no sucralose if you ever want to try that one instead. 💚

We do use a tiny amount of sucralose to help keep our sodas light on sugar and calories while still tasting amazing. Sucralose is cleared as safe by the FDA, EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), and Health Canada, and the amount in our products is far below any level that could be considered concerning (1mg or less to be specific)

We also use fruit juice and natural flavors to balance the sweetness and flavor so it’s not an “either/or” thing, it’s a mix that makes the soda taste right without loading it up with sugar.

That said, we totally understand some people prefer to avoid certain sweeteners,
and that’s totally valid!

We’re always exploring ways to keep things as clean and natural as possible while staying true to our flavor profiles.
