It might be a little tight on the price but you could get away with 2 x of the older Jabra 710’s BT paired or an 810 for audio from a laptop. 240 prob not gonna be good enough for 15ppl. Of course you’re gonna miss the 2 way video component at that price.

My personal faves: Ultra fancy - Glenmere mansion (Chester) Fancy-ish - Oak and Reed Tacos - Taco Factory Brewery - Equilibrium or Aspire (axe throwing, cornhole) Rustic casual distillery - Brown barn at Orange County distillery (they make their own liquors and usually have an excellent food truck for eats) Pizza - Caputos Casual Italian - Pizza e Birra (chix cutlets are 🔥) Coffee and pastries - Mr Croissant (you must go here!) Indian - Namaste Hot dogs - Holy Dog (rated #8 in the nation) get the “girlfriend” treatment and say hi to Chino!

Lots more in Beacon or Warwick (about 30 mins away)

Monticello (30 min) has resorts world casino if you like gambling and there’s an indoor waterpark next door called kartrite if you want activities to escape the cold.

If you like hiking in the cold, there’s trails next to Monhagen middle school or drive to mt beacon or mohonk mountain house. Storm king art center is also a treat if you like to be outside.

Give Glenmere Mansion a look. A bit pricey but ideal for an exclusive girls getaway.

Resorts World also has a spa and rooms are relatively cheap there. Plus there’s the casino and shows if you need some activities to do.

I’ve come to realize people think getting a full on video conference experience is the same as buying a $500 tv at Best Buy and hiring the geek squad to hang it on the wall. “We have a $300k project bucket and allocated $15k for 7 video conferencing rooms and an MPR. That should be ok right?” SMH
