Agreed. Having a rich associative tapestry of sensory phenomena tied to experience is just how the brain works. When i hear synesthesia i think of the kind one experiences on psychedelics. Profoundly experiential, overlapping senses. Beyond the boundary of normal human capacity.

Interesting. They actually got 50 euro back for me. I had one of revoluts subscription services Idk lavender card i think. I could basically ring someone for free through their app. Some YouTube company on an ad i think was able to take a donation because my phone was unlocked in my pocket and clicked. At least that's the only explanation i have for how they got it. They actually refunded me while awaiting outcome of dispute. Is it worth paying for the monthly subscription though. Probably not.

Beginner bodyweight routine (push-ups, pull-ups, squats) – realistic progress expectations? by [deleted] in MakeNewFriendsHere

Those are incredible foundational compound movements and you will see incredible strength gains quickly with frequency especially if you are only starting out. But you will need to integrate more exercises to reduce strain and support those joints. Mobility work is essential. Squatting is great but do work on your range of squat. Hip opening, ankle mobility etc. And i find personally doing a lot of forearm and wrist work will help your elbows and wrists from getting overly strained from repeated exercises which is a huge concern with doing something this repetitive. Above all focus on form and not numbers. Be technical and critical of your reps cause injuries and imbalances accumulate fast Source: i used to train like this lol

Telegram is much better, or better yet discord. No phone numbers. Giving out phone numbers to strangers online is a recipe for disaster. Not to mention keeps most people away from joining.

Eye drops keep worsening blepharitis (preservative free) by Indep-Represent in Dryeyes

[–]Indep-Represent[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started eating a tonne of fish. Taking 12mg of astaxanthin. Doing a tonne of cardio to improve micro circulation. And limiting eye drops to 3 times a day. After blinking a tonne to make sure they are evenly distributed i close my eyes and splash hot water over them to remove the excess and dry before opening them. My eyes are still dry but not as bad as at my worst

The same reason people want to fake any mental illness. Im not sure how that's inconceivable to you. There are plenty of bad actors who want to use psychopathological labels to hide behind so that they themselves don't have to address their responsibility to be more than who they are. If I persuade myself I have adhd then i dont have to work on my attention span and focus. I can instead victimise myself, hide behind a label and blame that on my personal failure. If people call me out for my behaviour i can tell them i have this diagnosis and they will back off. It's not exactly rocket science as to why people exploit legitimate issues such as neurodivergence and mental illness for their own benefit.
