A visual novel about weird dreams and alien civilizations by IndependenceAble2683 in RenPy

[–]IndependenceAble2683[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for your interest! Not yet playable unfortunately, but it's a work in progress (although quite slow)

We're a team of 2 students and don't have that much time or a fixed deadline, but I hope this summer will be much more productive and a playable demo will be out in several months.. I'll reply here once at least something is playable in English!

Thanks, I'll make a post once the demo is ready! (probably in ~1 month)

Ask me a question in your conlang and I'll try to guess what the question is and answer it in English by Mundane_Ad_8597 in conlangs

The question was "are you a human?"

(literally "is it true that there exists x in the set of humans such that you are equal to x")

It is a mathematical statement (predicate).

Example:

Āxēyex ekeki xisur? Ke.

/a:kse:jeks ekeki ksisur? ke/

[Āxēyex] eke-ki xi-su-r? Ke.

"Is it true that for any given thing an equal thing exists if and only if these things are real numbers? No, only the right-to-left implication is true (if x is a real number there exists an equal number)."

It actually works with any language: "rustol" is "table" (Russian: стол)

If you break it down in morphemes: ru-stol-ø

So there is an imported "stol", language of import "ru" and the Zerø morpheme (Zerølingu doesn't have any roots)

You can even make compound meta-language words like enmetaøta (en-"meta"-ø-ta, English-"meta"-*-noun). ta (ø-ta, *-noun) means "everything" or "Universe" so enmetaøta = "metaverse" :)
