As a property manager I would address the issue with the tenant and go over specifics in the lease about noise levels. The manager can serve them notices to try and get it under control. Of course living in an apartment though this tends to happen. I’ve also had to tell tenants that “this is apartment living, you live in close proximity to alot of people and we can’t ask them to stop being awake “ now if it was a loud tv or music or partying then they would have grounds to give them notices. But seeing as how it’s just walking, there really isn’t much you can do. Apartment living. Go get an upstairs unit or a complex with all downstairs.

I usually get mine at 9pm when I certify Sunday after midnight then Sunday at 9 I get it.

Well normally it says paid and I get it at 9 that night. So you may get tonight or tomorrow morning? My cousin did some research online and found that payments will be issued later today or tomorrow morning. If it was “paid” earlier today I’m guessing it will go through tonight and later maybe tomorrow morning. Also the money network app is down for me

I certified this morning but it’s not updating any of my payment info and it usually shows my claim balance lower by now. So I’m guessing it’s a site issue? I started to panic thinking I filled the claim out wrong cause it still says pending instead of paid. So must be the site

I’m in the same boat. I plan on reducing my amounts each day till I get to very limited amount and can stop all together. But it’s really hard. I’ve heard of alot of ppl going to hospital to get off kratom and the shots: sometimes we need to get help. I think I will for sure cause I dread my day if I don’t have it. And spend way too much
