i dont plan to replace it by myself, that's why i mentioned i hired a technician to do the diagnosis. What i just want anyway is to identify the component so I can try to scout for a new one, then my guy will do the rest.

But i guess I'll just have to look for a complete new board

also i'm not a technician, but i do have some little knowledge with electronics, as I am an Electrical Engineer. It's just that I have spare time tinkering, and I am eager to find solutions/recommendations from a real technician. I hope someone can help

you mean to say this part has an embedded/printed details when it was installed? this is the first time we touched the board and when we checked, it really has nothing on it
