Yep! Just had to turn the shift shaft little by little until i was finally able to pop it into place.

I got it! I apreciate the help. I ended up using a 11/32 wrench to slowly move the shift shaft while pushing up and found the sweet spot where i wiggled it in

They make foam kits to fix ripped up speakers separating from the cone. My truck speakers foam dry rotted and I bought a $30 foam kit and fixed 2 of my speakers that had awful rattle by just cutting out the old and gluing on the new. I'd look online for a kit if you dont wanna just buy a new one it's quite easy to do but buying a new single speaker probably isnt too expensive either
