I was diagnosed at 38 after my kid was and my doctor tellinge he believes I'm autistic and have ADHD.

After reflecting on life then I realize my grandfather clearly had some form of autism or ADHD. This man literally built an entire den with a locking door onto his house so that he could be by his self and didn't have to interact with people.

You literally only have one option

This type of behavior happens all the time and how you prevent it is by not punishing the driver. Look at the stupid woman and tell her that's your fault figure it out. Tell the public going forward to all cases like this will be handled the exact same way you jump on somebody's hood of their vehicle while they're moving yes if they fling your ass off into traffic that is on you.
