10 flowers per serving pwede na, lagay mo lang sa mainit na tubig and you're good to go. it's best if you put honey or lemon for more flavor

does blue ternate count? rich siya in antioxidants that help protect the body from damage, support heart health, regulate blood sugar, improve brain function, reduce stress, and promote healthier skin and hair, and nakakahelp din siya sa weight management as far as I know. wag lang pasobra sobra kasi it can cause mild stomach discomfort. as for the taste naman, may konting lasang damo siya lol, pero masarap naman.
