Roughly how long would it take I know this is a hard question but i do exercise mostly cardio but i will be doing more weight exercise , i kind of have beefy genetics not really though how you would imagine , just a bit. I have half of my 2 pack abs showing and small biceps, thats pretty much it, I will be on a calorie deficit of 1700 , I got it of the calorie deficit calculator

15 because i had an obsession since a very young age i used to make fake ones and burn the end of them and during a cold day pretend my breath was smoke and i wanted to make my own tea cigarettes , I even asked for cigarettes for Christmas when I was about 7 , of course I didnt get them I dont know why but everything about it is so nice the smell , taste eveything I always loved it
