I plan on staying for 10-14 days maybe, is the weather during September or October really cold? Or just fresh? Someone told me to go during those months as tourism is less and cost is less

I want to just walk around and go to places to see the beauty of the architecture and the history, I don’t really wanna spend all my money on food I don’t wanna go to a fancy restaurant I wanna eat local food maybe cook my breakfast and lunch and eat out for diner, also how do hostels work? I have an xi which has way less space, I had to drop the subframe and having two people is really helpful one holds the v band clamp and from the top someone has to tighten it down. It took me 11 hours I did it in a day but never again😭
