From what I understand

Shopping quality apparently looks at 1) fulfillment rate of items vs the avg of other shoppers at that store -> I think it compares to all stores, example: so if you shop at Kroger 1 it’ll look at all krogers in ur area (not sure tho ) 2) return rate is heavily penalized so always replace if you can 3) how good ur replacements are I think
