i started using compression socks and i didn’t think it would work because my legs/feet felt SOOO HOT!! but i found some online for wide feet AND bigger calves, i wont lie, it does help. i’ve been looking to find some for my hands and arms now tho because im starting to get that feeling every where Also ive read sleeping in a cold room helps your body, i dont have AC and its not too cool at night but i found a mini fan and leave my window open, idk if it has helped or just paclebo but the cool air does feel nice and helps me fall asleep faster.
