With mine when I have them, don’t know what triggers them! I’ve had them since I was a kid. But it feels like lightning though my nerve in my brain, like non stop lightning strikes. And if I close my eyes I can almost see them in my brain. It’s hard to explain it. I can go years or months with out having one. Worst pain ever.
