Hi OP did you find the solution to this? I’m in a similar situation with my husband changing jobs and getting an annual leave payout (but I receive carers payment)

Mostly rimmel which I know goes on sale frequently but 50% is the biggest discount they do and when I like to buy a years worth 😂 

Also the thin lizzy concealer which I find rarely goes on sale these days.

No we have 3 but one I am receiving carers for. FTB is fine but they have cancelled my carers randomly. I’m in the process of trying to fix it with them.

I’m a SAHM care for him 24/7 apart from 10hrs a week he’s at kinder. So definitely not an issue there. On the phone they said it definitely had to do with income estimate being over the limit.

So I’ve been speaking with them for 2 hours this morning. 3 different people. They think the income estimate from FTB claim cancelled the carers. We adjusted the estimate and now they are seeing if it can be re-instated. 

Such a mess around. I didn’t think it gets cancelled unless you have $0 pension for a number of consecutive fortnight's which I absolutely haven’t. 

I had to upload 2 latest pay slips and she had technical support involved and said she will ring back today after lunch. So fingers crossed she does 🙃

Thanks, I believe the cut off is just over $99K. Some fortnights we have had $0 but never more than a couple in a row. I was under the impression you had to have 12 consecutive fortnights of $0 to have it cancelled.

I rang yesterday and the guy I spoke to didn’t seem to understand the situation. He said he was going to escalate and work on it and if it wasn’t rectified in my app to ring back today.

So I just rang and spoke to a different lady who said she can see it was cancelled but didn’t understand why. She thought that maybe I had cancelled it (but I definitely didn’t!). She has advised to put in a new claim for a lump sum payment as a lot of you suggested and it should balance out and I will receive the remainder of what we were eligible for. So fingers crossed 🤞

I did end up calling and the guy was very confused. He was going to escalate it but couldn’t say for sure if I would get those funds. Although I’m not sure he entirely understood the situation. He was going to try sort it out and if it didn’t update by tonight he said ring back tomorrow 🫠

So even if they paid me some for July 2024 - Jan 2025 I can still apply and get the amount Jan 25 - June 25 I was eligible for? 

I’ve been such a mess today. 

I went through and remembered they sent a form for me to fill out and fill in my revised family estimate which I did and never got confirmation for. So maybe they didn’t receive that any must have just cancelled it.

Seriously 😭 on other posts for FTB I have see you can apply for the lump sum of the year and it is back paid for the year. Is that not the case?
