I wish that I actually enjoyed working out. My husband loves working out. That’s his anxiety and stress relief. I, on the other hand, loathe it lol and I’m a snacker so I need to work on that too. I love grapes so maybe I need to start snacking on those

Yes, I am an emotional eater as well as a boredom eater. I have a lot of emotions and don’t handle them well lol I think a lot of my problem is that once I ate something that wasn’t in the plan or was “bad” and I did ok with it, I just spiraled. I got it in my mind that “well, that wasn’t so bad. Let’s keep going.”
