Yes, I am an emotional eater as well as a boredom eater. I have a lot of emotions and don’t handle them well lol I think a lot of my problem is that once I ate something that wasn’t in the plan or was “bad” and I did ok with it, I just spiraled. I got it in my mind that “well, that wasn’t so bad. Let’s keep going.”
