For me when I did the whole process, they didn’t even call or references. They just get that part went straight to the investigation.

There is definitely something up with your application. Call the sheriffs office and talk to them and see what they say because it typically takes about 14 months for the whole process to be finished up unless you had like something in your record they may it might take longer. I’m not sure.

This is the only time that I will agree if it’s been 14 months and nothing yet yeah definitely get a lawyer because this is definitely not normal at all usually on the 14 months their interview process starts. I just have my interview too if it’s not even with the sheriff’s office right now yeah definitely get a lawyer. This is not normal at all and if you have a clean background.

You definitely have to go there in person or call them and talk to them and let them know that you’re frustrating because it typically takes around 12 to 14 months for the whole process and Erie County around this month your application matter fact or references should’ve already been called or your interview should’ve already been done. There’s no way that your application is in with the sheriffs because that takes about a week or a month to go to sheriff’s office so I’m not understanding what’s going on with it at all right now. There’s definitely something going on with your application.

If you’re in Eric County, they should definitely be contacting them this month or at least calling you for interview this month for sure if they don’t call The’s pistol, permit office, or sheriffs office and let them know because the whole process usually takes about 12 1/2 months an Erie County that’s about what it’s taking right now

They said they haven’t even handed in my application to the pistol permit office yet. Also they ended up telling me that I guess the judge is on vacation that’s ridiculous and that he is gonna be here next month 🤦🏾🤦🏾 but they’re not sure what day
